Problem: I am a patient of Diabetics/Hypertension. since last 3 yrs. I am having a problem of R/H not always but often.as per doctor it is due to anxiety has taken Bus par/Libracol tabs.& there was temp. relief. sometimes I have to struggle to get back my breath.My ECG is normal. yr. valuable medical advise on this invited soon.Thanks & regards,

Problem: Hi Doctor,
My name is Abdul and I am working in Oman. For the last 1 year i am really struggling with nasal obstruction. I went to doctor 3-4 times and he said that Surgery is the only one way for a permanent remody. He gave me some sprays on my request and he adviced me dont use this kind of sprays for long time. Doctor, I would like to know that is there any alternative for my problem other than surgery? Please help me.

Question Title: Mensus after abortion

Problem: I had aborted a 2 month pregnancy due to small baby by means of tabs.after the bleeding last for 1 week. in the next month the mensus came on same day but bleeding last for 2 weeks and had syl 250 tab for 2 days then it stopped for 2 days.then after bleeding comes once in a day shortly.then after 5 days it becomes as heavy bleeding as mensus(it is coming to mensus date).what i can do?

Dr.Prasanth : Irregular type of bleeding like this is common after abortion.It will become normal after one or two cycles,You need take some Iron tablets.

Problem: Dear Dr.,
I am suffering from the allergy last many years. Running nose, sneezing and dry cuff. I have taken ayurvedic medicine many times, no use. Daily from morning till noon time continuous sneezing and running nose. This started from years back. Now I am suffering from dry cuff from last one year, recently started itching the body also. As prescribed by a doctor in Abu Dhabi I am using Xyzal, Singulair and Rhinocort Aqua nasal drop for the last 3 months. When ever I stop the medicine the problems coming back. These medicine are very costly in UAE, therefore you may please tell me the name of equivalent medicine from India. Also I want to know, how can I stop this medicine, is there any problem by using the medicine long period.

Dr.Prasanth : The problem of allergy is very common in UAE. This is becos of the dry and usty climate.It is possibly related to your working environment also.try to avoid dust by wearing mask and also be away from direction of AC. Equivalent medicine is Cetrizine , Montelecast Budsonide nasal spray.Stopping this merdicine is only possible if you are trying to avoid the triggering factors.

Problem: Dear Doctor,
I am suffering from pain in abdomen. I have been examined by a gastroenterologist who suggested a ultrasound scanning of my abdomen. The scanning result is: Kidney: Normal and OK, Liver Normal and OK, the only remark I could find from the report is that “spleen” is masked with gases. Doctor gave me Zantac Tables by Glaxo, which contains 150mg of rantidine. Though, I completed the course, I do not have any remarkable relief from the pain. Also, it feels very heavy in stomach always, even after a glass of water. Digestion is taking place very slowly and I lost my appetite now. Sometimes the pain is extending to left side of my chest, and at times even to my back side.

I hope you still remember that I had told you about a problem three months ago that I was suffering from pain in my throat and the doctor advised to do Oesophagoscopy. He told me that I have FLUX (not reflux) in my stomach and that I should reduce spices. I am not taking too spicy food and I am more on veg and fruits.

Could you please tell me what could be the reason for this pain? What medicines should I take? If I want to do a thorough examination, which doctor (discipline) should I see? I am going to Payyanur in the first week of April. Who is the specialist for such problem in Pariyaram Medical College (PMC) if I wish to see?

Dr.Prasanth : dear Prem, This is just acidity ,don't take too much tension on this problem.Because hurry, worry ,curry (chilly)etc aggravate this. there are a lot of medicines for this, You just show to any consultant physician , he can advise you.

Dear Doctor,

During winter season, when i remove my cloth it is observed that some kind of electricity is formed. I feel like having some electrical force is between the body and the cloth. I checked with my friends and learned that they also have the same feeling but noone is able to answer WHY? Please tell me why it is happening? Also during winter I feel like having itching/irritation for some few seconds.

Problem: I feel pain near Anus, after sometime water drops used to form areound anus.My motion is going smoothly for the last 5 or 6 years. I also suffers gastric disturbances. What should be the reason for this development

Dr.Prasanth : I don't feel that you have any serious problem.Please show to a surgeon to know whether you have any piles or fissure in anus.
